About

I founded Bluefire Art & Design with the goal of supporting non-profit organizations by providing them with good, affordable graphic design. Coming from the parks and recreation business, I saw there was a need for strong, creative marketing materials for museums, foundations, schools and other community-based organizations that had limited budgets but still needed to professionally promote their cause.

With over 25 years experience in the visual arts, I now specialize in supporting these non-profits, creating educational materials, exhibits and brand awareness. My design work focuses on the hands-on experience, developing pieces that excite, enlighten and encourage learning for children and families. I'm also a professionally trained photographer and have a Masters in Fine Art degree in drawing and art history.
